The team will promote "Basis" on social networks, at specialized events, and in the media. A particular focus of the collaboration is participation in the "Battle of Robots" championship as an international showcase, attracting attention to Russian engineering skills and IT developments. "Basis"' strategy is also focused on strengthening its position in the CIS market and entering foreign countries.
"Engineering, modern technologies at the intersection with science, and the development of Russian software are all at the center of "Basis"' attention. Cooperation with the "Atom" team is a continuation of our strategy to support promising initiatives and young professionals," emphasized David Martirosov, CEO of "Basis".
The "Atom" team brings together design engineers, circuit designers, designers, and pilots. Their 110-kilogram robot is equipped with a spinner made of a unique secret alloy, a volumetric armored hull, and proprietary high-speed drives. Following the results of the "Battle of Robots-2024", "Atom" entered the top 5 strongest teams in the championship.
"We want to become the strongest team in the championship. Therefore, when choosing a partner, it was important for us that it was not just a technology company, but a brand with comparable goals and enthusiasm. This makes us allies in promoting engineering and Russian software," noted Maxim Zenkin, captain of the "Atom" team.
The "Battle of Robots" championship has been held in Russia since 2015 and has had international status since 2023. Remote-controlled machine competitions take place in the arena and gather tens of thousands of spectators. In 2024, 96 teams from 8 countries took part in the championship. The number of viewers as a result of the event exceeded 24 million.
