According to Konstantin Zakatov, Director of the Information Security Department at Aquarius Group, attention to hardware security in the industry has significantly increased, and upcoming changes in the regulatory framework confirm the need for implementing such solutions:
"We believe that it is important to implement hardware protection mechanisms now so that customers can prepare for new requirements in advance. Embedding crypto chips into devices at the hardware level will allow Russian companies to significantly improve the security of their IT infrastructure without additional software modifications. This, in turn, will ensure a faster and more cost-effective adaptation process."
The crypto chips developed by Aquarius in collaboration with its partners provide reliable storage of cryptographic keys and support critical processes:
· Authentication of trusted devices;
· Secure software loading;
· Protection of data transmission channels;
· Counteracting unauthorized access and modification of information.
Security chips can be integrated into the entire Aquarius equipment line.
Currently, the project is in the pilot testing phase. Upon its completion, the companies are ready to promptly launch mass production, providing domestic customers with secure devices that meet the most modern information security requirements.
Aquarius security modules will find application in key industries, including:
· Industry - protection of critical production data.
· Energy - secure management of infrastructure facilities.
· Medicine - preservation of medical data and security of digital systems.
· Financial sector - protection of transactions and confidential customer data.
According to representatives of Aladdin, cooperation with Aquarius Group significantly expands the possibilities for ensuring information and technological security in the CII segment. Such a strategic partnership will not only meet regulatory requirements but also provide a higher level of protection for critical information infrastructure (CII) facilities.
