Moscow allocates 177 hectares of land for new production facilities: 17,000 jobs to be created

Industry support

Deputy Moscow Mayor Maxim Liksutov emphasized that the program of preferential provision of land plots has been in effect since 2016. Thanks to it, investors have five years to complete construction and launch new production facilities. The total area of future facilities will be about 1.5 million square meters, which will create about 17,000 new jobs.

Development in TiNAO

The largest number of plots are allocated in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative districts (TiNAO) - 10 plots with an area of more than 130 hectares. The following will appear here:

  • Traction battery plant for electric transport;
  • Complex for the production of reinforced concrete structures used in construction;
  • Food cluster enterprises, including dairy plants, confectionery products, semi-finished products, canned goods and an automated bakery;
  • Distribution center meat processing plant.

The total volume of industrial facilities in TiNAO will be more than 900 thousand square meters.

City support

According to Anatoly Garbuzov, Minister of the Moscow Government and Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy, the provision of land on preferential terms stimulates the inflow of investments and creates favorable conditions for business. Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin stated that in 2024 about 270 hectares of land were allocated for investors.

Program results

Currently, more than 90 large-scale investment projects are being implemented in the capital. Half of them are carried out on preferential terms, which allows supporting the development of industry, increasing the number of jobs and strengthening the economic stability of Moscow. Thanks to these initiatives, it is expected to create about 60,000 jobs.

The program confirms Moscow's commitment to supporting industrial development, providing entrepreneurs with opportunities to implement high-tech and socially significant projects.
