Currently, Gazprombank has introduced new technologies into the currency control system developed by CUSTIS, which has significantly increased the level of process automation and the speed of customer service.
The system, built on the "1C" platform, covers the bank's branches and departments throughout Russia, providing electronic document management with clients in the field of currency control. Thanks to the new functions implemented by CUSTIS, it became possible to:
- automate routine operations, minimizing manual labor;
- speed up information processing, including the preparation of daily reports;
- flexibly adapt the system to changes in legislation.
As part of the import substitution program, CUSTIS carried out reverse engineering of existing elements of the system, restored the description of business processes and compiled project documentation, which made the IT landscape architecture more transparent and ready for further modernization.
In addition, CUSTIS, together with Gazprombank, has developed a digital platform for centralizing corporate treasury in 100 Gazprom subsidiaries.
For many years, IT systems, the key developer of which was CUSTIS, have been responsible for the execution of accounting policies, the accumulation of basic data on the movement of funds and the formation of accounting reports at Gazprombank. The portfolio of joint projects is constantly expanding.
