EKF, with the support of the IDF, has launched automated production of modular equipment

Investments in the new stage of modernization of EKF production in Stavrovo amount to 536 million rubles. Of these, 268 million rubles were provided by the federal Industrial Development Fund (IDF) in the form of a concessional loan under the "Development Projects" program.

With the launch of a new automated circuit breaker line, EKF production in Stavrovo is increasing its productivity, ensuring high product quality, as testing takes place during assembly and eliminates the human factor. The VA 47-63 PROXIMA, developed in the company's own R&D, features an improved design and a more modern design. Unlike the previous generation, the updated circuit breaker can be connected using PIN and FORK buses both from above and below, and its indicator window shows the real state of the contacts. The arc extinguishing chamber of the VA 47-63 PROXIMA has undergone changes and increased its mass and number of plates. The body is supplemented with arc diverting channels and a gas exhaust channel on the reverse side, as well as a large cross-section of current-carrying parts, which will provide reliable protection of the electrical network from all possible emergency situations.

Any abnormal network modes, with properly selected equipment, guarantee the operability of any equipment from a kettle and microwave oven to large industrial units. The VA 47-63 PROXIMA automatic circuit breaker from EKF is suitable for equipping a switchboard in an apartment, as well as for main distribution boards and input devices in residential, commercial and social real estate facilities, and at industrial enterprises.

"Modular equipment is one of the most popular categories of electrical products for all categories of buildings. With the launch of automated circuit breaker production in Stavrovo, we continue to increase capacity and systematically increase the percentage of localization at our own production sites in the Vladimir region to strengthen our position in the Russian market," said Dmitry Kucherov, General Director of Elektroresheniya LLC (EKF).

The VA 47-63 PROXIMA automatic circuit breaker from EKF has already passed tests in accordance with the mandatory certificates required for low-voltage protective equipment and will be available for sale in the near future.

As part of the new stage of modernization, Elektroresheniya (EKF) also plans to establish the production of other electrical products: molded case circuit breakers, cable channels, double-walled HDPE pipes, clips for corrugation, etc.

EKF production in Stavrovo, with a total area of 19 thousand m², which has expanded the range of products with automatic circuit breakers, is also engaged in the production of metal trays and profiles, plastic boxes and junction boxes, electrical installations and power connectors, lightning protection, electrical installation products, etc.
