Investments in modernization exceeded 288 million rubles. Of these, 144 million rubles were provided by the federal Industrial Development Fund (IDF) in the form of a concessional loan under the "Development Projects" program. More than 120 high-performance jobs have been created at the enterprise.
The cloud-based IIoT platform developed by the company is designed to improve production efficiency. In particular, it allows optimizing the technological process, reducing downtime and increasing the efficiency of equipment use, recording emergency equipment failures, analyzing energy consumption, identifying and eliminating sources of energy loss.
«EKF is the first Russian electrical engineering company to develop and implement its own cloud-based IIoT platform for analyzing production processes. The implementation became possible thanks to the modernization of our production in the village of Stavrovo with the co-financing of the IDF, as well as the support of the Ministry of Digital Development. As a result, we are increasing the volume and range of products, increasing the equipment utilization rate by 15-20%, reducing energy consumption costs by 10-15% in the first year, with a subsequent annual reduction of 3-5%. Taking into account the experience gained, we plan to offer our IIoT platform EKF Connect Industry to other enterprises for implementation», – said Dmitry Kucherov, General Director of Electrosolutions LLC.
After reaching its design capacity, EKF will be able to produce up to 6.2 million sockets and switches, 4 million cable entries, 570 thousand distribution boards, 770 thousand rubber and 830 thousand power connectors annually at the production site in Stavrovo.
After completing the first stage of modernization, EKF increased the localization of products from 15% to 35%, and it is planned to bring this figure to 50% by the end of 2025. The company plans to significantly increase its market share in the segments of sockets
and switches, cable entries, distribution boards, rubber and power connectors.
EKF creates high-tech solutions and supplies electrical products to construction and installation organizations, industrial enterprises, developers, and also sells them through specialized retail, DIY retailers, online marketplaces and its own online store.
