Simpreal Considers Implementing New Energy Saving Technologies in Production

In an era of global challenges, such as climate change and rising energy prices, the issue of efficient energy use is particularly acute. The introduction of new energy saving tools in production not only helps to reduce operating costs and increase competitiveness, but also significantly reduces the environmental footprint of enterprises.

Among the new methods of energy saving in the mining industry, one can single out the transition to energy-efficient equipment and automated control systems, as well as the search for alternative energy sources and the optimization of logistics processes.

Representatives of Simpreal note that the transition to higher energy efficiency class equipment would allow the company to consume less energy with increased productivity. New models of equipment are also often equipped with control systems capable of automatically adjusting energy consumption depending on current production needs.

Data on the condition of equipment, weather conditions and other critical parameters are regularly collected and analyzed in real time. This gives the company's specialists the opportunity to quickly respond to the slightest changes and maintain optimal operation, optimizing energy costs.

Another promising direction in the development of a sustainable development policy for Simpreal PJSC could be the use of alternative energy sources.

"We are particularly interested in generating autonomous energy using wind generators and solar panels. These alternative energy tools are ideally suited for the steppe climate of the Orenburg region, where our production site is located. For the installation of equipment, in particular, it would be possible to use the territory of quarries where extraction has already been carried out," comment representatives of Simpreal.

An important contribution to energy saving is also made by improving the company's logistics. Simpreal PJSC uses several strategies to optimize transport operations. Including the use of vehicles with Euro 5 and 6 standard engines with reduced gas emissions for transportation. A well-thought-out approach to the formation of the vehicle fleet contributes to increasing the environmental friendliness and energy efficiency of the enterprise.
