The "Digital Transport and Logistics" (DTL) Association was established in 2019 with the support of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation by the companies "Russian Railways", "Aeroflot — Russian Airlines", "RT-Invest Transport Systems", "ZashchitaInfoTrans", "GLOSAV" and "Aviatelecominvest". DTL is a center of competence for the digital transformation of the transport complex of the Russian Federation.
