The Territory of Meanings Forum is the largest educational platform in Russia, which annually brings together young professionals from various industries from all over the country. Its organizers are the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh) and ANO "Russia is a Land of Opportunity." In 2023, the youth forum is being held for the fifth time at the site of the educational center of the presidential platform "Russia is a Land of Opportunity" – the Senezh Management Workshop in Solnechnogorsk near Moscow, based on a new campus.
Aquarius' career guidance events began with career consultations for participants of the "Discover" shift from Andrey Stebletsov, director of the personnel reserve program for young specialists. Participants of the IT shift of the Territory of Meanings forum are concerned about their future and the profession that will become their main one, so the most popular topic of discussion was building their career development track. The main activity from the company was a lecture by Victoria Khaba, Vice President for Organizational Development and Personnel Management at Aquarius. In a live dialogue with forum participants, she discussed the prospects of the IT industry, its trends, and the necessary key skills for a successful start in the profession. In recent years, the shortage of qualified IT personnel and engineering specialists in this industry segment has become one of the cornerstones underlying the rethinking of existing approaches to the development of the radio electronics market and the transformation of the business of the companies included in it. Aquarius knows what and how to do – the company has developed a multi-level program "More Than a Start" to attract young technical specialists for internships and training in the company with the possibility of further employment. Victoria also spoke about how the program solves the problem of the shortage of IT specialists and how anyone can take part in it. "More Than a Start!" covers the Ivanovo and Tver regions, where the Aquarius production complexes are located, as well as Moscow, where the Development Center and the company's office are located. From the first day, interns and trainees are fully involved in the work process and participate in the implementation of important tasks, daily receiving and practicing new knowledge under the supervision and with the help of experienced Aquarius employees. The help of a mentor gives the future specialist of the Russian IT industry the opportunity to effectively realize their own aspirations and development plans, which corresponds to the goals and objectives of the year of "Teacher and Mentor", announced in 2023.
