Let's consider how this hardware and software system helps solve modern problems. To do this, it makes sense to talk about the components of this system. I will briefly talk about the HOSTVM software, and after my speech, my colleague Mark Sazhin, Account Manager at Shvacher, will tell you directly about the equipment.
The HOSTVM virtualization platform solution is developed by "Bazovy Kod" company. "Bazovy Kod" is a Russian developer of corporate infrastructure virtualization solutions. The platform has been developed since 2014, and in 2018, HOSTVM was formalized as an out-of-the-box product and included in the register of Russian software.
We are residents of "Skolkovo." Our company's employees are members of Competence Centers and expert councils of specialized organizations, which allows us to maintain a sufficiently high level of knowledge among our specialists. For example, based on the results of the past 2024, HOSTVM virtualization and VDI products were included in the top 3 ratings of the Russian IT market.
The HOSTVM virtualization platform is a ready-to-deploy enterprise-level solution based on the KVM hypervisor for virtualizing servers, desktops, applications, and organizing terminal access. In essence, it is a functional equivalent to the well-known virtualization solutions from Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft.
The platform consists of three components. Firstly, it is VDI for organizing the infrastructure of virtual workplaces, applications, and organizing terminal access. Secondly, it is the XRM component for automating disaster recovery of the virtualization infrastructure. In essence, this component is an analogue of VMware (Site Recovery Manager), and its key technological capability is to ensure minimal downtime in case of failures, including business-critical systems, and subsequent automatic recovery after such a failure. In general, this component is included in all VDI and HOSTVM licenses, as well as in the extended edition of the server virtualization standard. And the third component is server virtualization. The basis of any server virtualization system is the hypervisor and management server, and for us, it is HOSTVM and HOSTVM Manager. VDI and server virtualization HOSTVM components can be sold both independently and in combination with products from other vendors, as well as in combination with each other. And if server HOSTVM and VDI HOSTVM are sold together, the customer receives a comprehensive solution with technical support from a single vendor.
According to our observations, VDI is becoming the most popular product in our virtualization market. Therefore, when planning our HOSTVM platform roadmap, we focus on the development of this product.
HOSTVM VDI is specialized software that allows customers to conveniently manage the infrastructure of user workplaces. It is presented in two editions. The Terminal edition is for delivering only terminal sessions of Windows and Linux applications, and the extended VDI edition includes the Terminal functionality, plus the delivery of virtual desktops with support for a wide range of guest operating systems from Windows to numerous Russian ones. It should be said that in general, when developing the HOSTVM VDI solution in both editions, we try to adhere to the concept of multifunctionality. Our product can be used not only on the HOSTVM hypervisor but also on third-party hypervisors. That is, if customers have already purchased licenses from another vendor, for example, RED Virtualization or ROSA Virtualization, they can use them to run our HOSTVM VDI. Thus, based on our VDI, we can offer our customers the opportunity to build a wide variety of scenarios and solutions.
The HOSTVM virtualization platform has a number of advantages. It is based on our experience and feedback from customers. You can read the listed advantages on the slide yourself. I want to highlight three main points separately. Firstly, our solutions combine affordable prices and a flexible licensing system, which allows customers to choose the best option for their needs, optimizing their costs. That is, the customer can choose and not overpay for functionality and options that they do not need. Thanks to this, HOSTVM provides maximum cost-effectiveness and a favorable price-quality ratio in the market. In aggregate, this makes HOSTVM products as attractive as possible for customers already at the stage of initial budget assessment.
Secondly, I want to separately note the technical support of our products, since the history of our relationship with customers does not end at the stage of sales and licenses but moves to a new plane. Our customers are located throughout the country, that is, there are installations in most time zones of Russia. In this regard, we have a Federal 24/7 Support Center, in which there are always engineers ready to connect at any moment to solve problems that our customers may encounter. We offer them two levels of technical support in 9x5, 24x7 mode for a period of 1 to 5 years. The third thing that distinguishes our solutions is multi-platform support, support for a wide range of third-party server virtualizations, support for different operating systems, and also support for working with various types of hardware. In addition, I can say that in life, there are often cases when questions arise at the intersection of solutions that are successfully resolved precisely by the joint work of our HOSTVM technical support and some of our new potential technological partners.
I want to draw your attention to the infrastructure software. Many people are interested in FSTEC issues. We close this issue with the help of imposed means of protective information. We support three solutions. These are solutions from "Code of Security," from Confident, and from OKB SAPPORT. Also, I repeat, regarding operating systems. We are equally interested in the operation of all systems presented by customers. Both Russian and foreign, because we know very well that many customers continue to use them. The slide shows the most popular ones. Regarding the virtualization system, this is an absolutely real scenario when a customer, for some reason, wants to use another server virtualization platform and HOSTVM VDI. A working case, in principle, here are listed the main Russian platforms with which we have confirmed technological certificates of technological partnership. I also want to draw your attention to the manufacturer Loud Play in the infrastructure software category, a software-defined storage system. This is relevant for customers who require advanced functionality in this area, additional data storage reliability, we recommend using such a specialized solution as our partner's.
And finally, regarding the equipment. HOSTVM works on X86-based server equipment. Russian manufacturers whose equipment has been tested for compatibility with us are listed on our website. Here it must be said that Russian software developers and hardware manufacturers are offering increasingly mature and diverse products, the number of which is steadily growing.

HOSTVM server virtualization was integrated some time ago on new Russian Shvacher servers. Shvacher equipment and the HOSTVM virtualization platform have confirmed their technological compatibility, which is a guarantee of stable and reliable operation of this new system that we are talking about today. This system is registered in the register of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation, and this joint project of two Russian companies is a completely Russian out-of-the-box product that can be easily integrated into the infrastructure of customers, including government organizations. Two options of the hardware and software system based on various modifications of Shvacher servers are available to customers.
Customers receive a hardware and software system that is ready for operation, in which an optimal combination of software and hardware layers is ensured to achieve the best functionality parameters. And as a result, the Shvacher +HOSTVM system is a comprehensive solution that meets import substitution requirements, reduces maintenance costs, and optimizes the financial costs of the company that purchased such a hardware and software system. In general, today the most common scenario is the integration of the Russian hardware and software system into the company's infrastructure to replace imported server equipment in the cluster with Russian servers with migration, simultaneously from foreign software to the Russian virtualization system. In conclusion, I would like to say that the use of a hardware and software system allows IT integrators, on the one hand, to simplify their own work, because they can avoid some errors at the implementation stage. And, on the other hand, they provide the opportunity to provide customers with ready-made functional solutions that can allow customers in turn to solve their pressing problems and promising tasks in the field of IT infrastructure modernization, which is always relevant for customers, giving them the opportunity to optimally allocate budgets for information technology.

We currently have two variations of the implementation of this system. These are Scalable V3 platforms, 12 LFF and 25 SFF. In general, these are standard two-unit servers of the third generation of processors. These servers are suitable for virtualization, database maintenance, big data processing, remote access organization, and cloud computing. This software hardware complex with installed HOSTVM software is a trusted system and in accordance with resolution 19.12. And I will add, for which specific areas. These are subjects of critical infrastructure, which include healthcare, science, energy, nuclear energy, transport, communications. Now I will name you the advantages of trusted systems. Why exactly should you buy not a separate solution, an operating system and a hardware part, but a single system? The first and most important thing is a single point of entry, because when a customer purchases a trusted system, he receives a completely ready-made, verified solution suitable for the requested tasks, and technical support is provided in one window. That is, if something happens to the software part, he does not need to contact the software vendor, and if something happens to the hardware part, - to another vendor. In case of any problem with the customer, he needs to contact a single window, our Shvacher service center. We have proven compatibility of the hardware and software part, all tests have been carried out, we have fully validated a compatible platform with the software part, the most convenient device management system. Everything is clear and simple to use.
As for the warranty and service, we give a period of one year to five years for our equipment. The service includes remote diagnostics and a dedicated spare parts kit, you can assume that this allows the customer to quickly repair the equipment in case of any problems. Vertical and horizontal scaling of solutions is also possible. That is, systems for different purposes can be combined into complex solutions. That is, they can be supplemented with different modules. It can be one, two, three, four servers. In general, an unlimited number. Scaling is also possible with the help of data storage systems. We have registry entries for everything, both from the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Digital Development. In the near future, most likely by the end of the year, we will have a solution on Scalable v4.5 platforms, that is, already on servers of the fourth and fifth generation, they will be trusted systems with the HOSTVM system. They will also be validated and confirmed by two vendors. We are now building hardware and software systems on these solutions. I have named their advantages to you.
As for data storage, we have data storage systems. These are, you can say, data storage systems. They are also presented by the Ministry of Digital Development. This is a full-fledged dual-controller system. In general, a dual-controller data storage system. As already mentioned, Raidix figured and Baum. We have data storage systems.
The server specification is publicly available. They are located on our website Shvacher.ru in the "Products" section. The main zip is stored in the Moscow region, in Mytishchi. We have the ability to allocate an additional zip for quick repair. And this zip is stored in the customer's city. That is, we have many authorized service centers throughout Russia in which we place our zip for quick service.
End of Support - for now, at least, we will provide a guarantee for these servers on scalable v3 for another 5 years. So, End of Sale is not planned yet, but we are gradually moving to the 4-5 generation, we are waiting for our appearance in the register. But sales of Skill Level 3 do not stop, they will continue 100% next year.
The default service life is 5 years. But in fact, servers are operated by customers for longer. We simply have a maximum warranty of 5 years. We also have the option of purchasing additional warranties. And in the future, there will be a transition to other models. These will be the following models, servers of the fourth and fifth generation. We initially had the second generation, now the third. Systems are still actively sold, because we have everything on the third generation now, the fourth is only in the process.
