Автоматизация связи в транспортной отрасли на базе оборудования «Агат-РТ»

Today's program:

  • Solution for communication automation based on "Agat-RT" equipment: communication networks, alert systems, communication systems.
  • Advantages of working with vendor solutions for transport companies.
  • Application in the transport industry.
  •

The event today is led by Nikolai Tripochkin, Head of Sales Department, "Agat-RT". The purpose of today's event is to introduce the equipment of "Agat-RT" and examples of implementation.

"Agat-RT" has been in the market for over 20 years and is a Russian manufacturer. We produce telephone exchanges, telephone recording systems, and alert systems. Today, we will focus on recording systems.

Recordings of telephone conversations are used for recognizing audio translations of recordings into text and for speech audio analytics. What is speech audio analytics used for? It removes the influence of the human factor, meaning an algorithm is created and the system itself begins to analyze and output a specific result of the recording that the customer requires.

Conversation recordings provide control over the quality of customer service, assessment of compliance with regulations, collection, storage, transcription, control, and monitoring. In some cases, they are used to measure the noise level in rooms.

The main advantages of using SPRUT recording systems are the recording of conversations over any type of channel: analog telephone lines and linear channels. We can record various microphones and radio stations. We can record digital system phones, and we can record digital E1 streams. In principle, we can record all types of lines currently available on the market. Using our recording system, you get a simple web interface that is fully Russified. We can send conversation recordings to email. For example, a supervisor or administrator wants to receive certain conversations that are considered conflictual using the analytics module, they receive information via e-mail. We also have access control.

Currently, our software is developed for two operating systems: Windows and Linux. The Linux Ubuntu version is currently available, and we will soon provide Astra Linux and ROSA versions.

I will not dwell on the functionality of this system.

Let's now move on to the model range and where it can be used. We have board options. These options are used where it is necessary to record many types of different lines and where a computer is used. That is, all these boards are installed in the computer, and everything is limited to the PC system unit. You can install seven or eight boards. That is, you can use different types of lines: analog, digital, IP, you can use a large server that will record all types of lines.

All boards are of our production. Our production ranges from hardware to software. All our hardware is in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and all our software is in the register of the Ministry of Digital Development. Our company has two factories. The first is "Anstrem" in Zelenograd, the second is in Saransk. In Moscow, we have the final assembly. Also, for standalone recording systems, they are used where there are not many lines to be recorded. What is their advantage? You are not tied to a computer, it takes up one unit, you can put it anywhere, even if you don't have a server room. There are built-in hard drives that can be duplicated, there are duplicated power supply modules, and there are dry contacts if you need to connect some monitoring systems. If a purely IP solution is used, we simply use a license and a hasp key. There are basically no restrictions here. This can be installed both in servers and in virtual machines.

And the fourth solution is a small-channel registration system, which is most often used in transport security facilities - Sprut SR 1000/500. They are small-channel, they write linear channels, because in transport security facilities they mainly write linear channels.

All our systems can work as a single unit, there are no restrictions on the number of systems. You can install standalone systems, you can install them on boards, that is, on large servers, you can simply install IP solutions. The monitoring software will have unified settings. That is, everything will be written to a single database. We now have a solution, for example, in huge airports, recording is done in our recording systems. There can be up to a hundred of these recording systems, and they all write to a single database, managed by a single software. Not all manufacturers of these systems allow this. Not all software that is currently on the market allows working with large amounts of data. Competitors have "hangups" when a large amount - 10, 20, 100 TB - has already been recorded, then their systems start to freeze and glitch, we don't have that.

Where can you use these systems? These are banks, trade, call centers, education, transport, and security. Currently, our systems are implemented in one of the banks, there are more than 25 branches across Russia. Each branch has microphones. The operations room where the consultants are located is recorded, and the cashiers who are behind a glass partition are recorded. Special intercom devices are used there. Such systems are not massively installed anywhere in banks. Sberbank is completely on CRT. In trade, again, microphone solutions are used, and recording systems are mainly installed at cash registers. This can be installed in large chain stores. You can even install it in small stores, somewhere in a coffee shop, where you need to improve the quality of service and control the seller. They install an anti-vandal microphone and a recording system there. Call centers most often use a built-in recording system. If it is not there, then our recording system can do it all.

Transport, energy, security, housing and communal services, logistics, production, let's briefly go through these sectors of the economy. In transport, there is government decree 969, under which all entry and exit zones must be recorded. In energy, they mainly record dispatchers, they have quite large consoles or telephones that need to be recorded. They work 24/7.

Energy facilities are TPP dispatch centers. One of the large implementations is Nizhny Novgorod Thermal Energy, it operates 24/7, and at peak load there can be up to 1000 calls.

Security. This is the entrance area to institutions where personal security is required. This is the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Defense. The conversations between the security guard and visitors are recorded, this is necessary in case it is possible to recognize not only by video, but also by voice what was happening there.

In housing and communal services, this system is mainly used in the dispatch center where applications are received from the population.

Our recording systems are in supply in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. If you have any connections, then, please, you can offer our recording system to law enforcement agencies.

Let's go back to the entrance areas under decree 969. This decree applies to any transport points. These can be airports, bus stations, railway and sea stations. That is, specialized microphones are placed on the frame, microphones are placed at the dispatcher. At the airport, additional stands are placed at registration at the departure gate. The same applies to river and sea ports, and also applies to railway stations. The system will consist of microphones, mixers, and a recording system. Consequently, a single database will be merged from all these devices, and the customer will work directly with the conversations themselves.

Also, if required, intercom devices are used on the railway, which are used in railway cash registers. The railway, if we take this direction, is very little covered. If we take Russia, we have supplied this equipment to three regions, although it should be much wider. This equipment is installed in revenue collection services in Russian Railways, in railway cash registers. If you have traveled on commuter trains or trains, there is an intercom device in the cash registers, and there is a recording system inside. Similar systems are also installed in the Moscow metro in each cash register, this was a large project for us.

There is an intercom device, a call panel, and a conflict situation button.

A similar solution can be used not only in Russian Railways, but such devices are also installed in gas stations, in gas stations. But it is quite difficult to get this through with gas stations, because these are quite large networks.

There have been some individual implementations at gas stations, but there has been no mass implementation, because no one has specifically dealt with this. Gas stations are an open topic, because they definitely need all this. Also, there are stores with gas stations, there is an opportunity to install either ceiling microphones, we have such IP ones, or simply put them on a stand. Also, our complex can be integrated with various systems that are used: this is a queue, this is a mark of a conflict situation.

At the airport or seaport, baggage check-in is recorded. Consequently, this is the check-in counter, an anti-vandal microphone is installed there, and conversations between the cashier and the departing or sailing passenger are recorded. After that, you can work with the recordings, both manually and through the analytics module.

The next slide shows in more detail how our devices are installed on security frames.

This applies to all transport hubs. That is, the frames are identical for everyone. The inspection booths are also identical for everyone. In principle, a certain number of microphones are installed, fed into one channel through a mixer. And for the registration device - this is like one channel. That is, a person enters, they are asked, stop, they pass. The dispatcher who is standing behind the monitor says something to them, that is, a single conversation, a single audio file is written, so that it can be studied, found, disassembled, heard.

This is used for various offices at the moment. We use them.

I mentioned earlier about the Moscow metro. That is, our recording systems and intercom devices are installed in each cash register. Also, our devices have a special module for the hearing impaired. The same is used in airports.
