In the "100% Energy" application (@Energy_100_bot), users take a short test, choose areas of development: "career", "health" or "energy" and receive personalized tasks. Points and achievements are awarded for completing tasks, encouraging healthy habits.
For example, one of the tasks suggests going to bed before 11:30 PM as a step towards developing a healthy routine. After that, the bot, developing the idea, explains that the company supports an individual approach to the schedule: employees can choose a convenient start time for themselves.
