Tracker now includes settings for access to task boards. Previously, all employees in the organization could view the boards. The view of groups on task boards has also been updated. Now, when grouping tasks, extended information is displayed next to the title to make task planning more convenient.
Two widgets have been updated. In Flow, the ability to change the composition and order of layers on the diagram has been added. In the Team Performance widget, you can now calculate team performance not only by field value or number of tasks, but also by the time tasks spent in selected statuses. In addition, a task completion plan calculation for sprints has appeared, which is displayed on the graph. It shows the percentage of hitting the predicted goals and is calculated by default in Story Points.
In Boards, a password function has been added for guest access. Now, only guests who know the password can work with the boards - it is generated automatically when guest access is enabled. To activate the password function on existing boards, you need to re-enable the "Guest access" toggle - for new boards, the function is activated automatically.
The design of shared contacts in Mail has been updated. The subsection displays additional fields, as in personal contacts. The user's position, group, phone number, and additional information are immediately visible.
For Telemost, the ability to save meeting recordings to Drive has been added. The function works in all versions of the service: the file is uploaded to the organizer's storage, after which any meeting participant can watch the video.
We have simplified the transfer of personal files to a shared drive. Now they can be moved directly from a personal drive to a shared one instead of being copied. All accesses and public links will be saved, even if the owner changes role or project.
