cryptographic protection

IT company Sign.Me has launched the Sign.Click service, which allows signing documents with an enhanced electronic signature in 1 click. The service helps companies of any size exchange documents with clients and employees online. Sign.Click's operation fully complies with Federal Law No. 63 "On Electronic Signatures."

Sign.Click implements a client scenario similar to simple electronic signature (SES) services, which are very easy to use. To obtain an electronic signature, you don't need to go anywhere, fill out applications, or even download a mobile app. To send a document for signature, it is enough to know the full name and phone number of the counterparty, and to sign it, just follow the link and confirm the signing. In this case, the electronic signature keys are created at the time of signing and encrypt the specific document. However, unlike SES services, the document in Sign.Click is signed with an enhanced electronic signature with cryptographic protection (Unqualified Electronic Signature). Such an ES cannot be hacked or falsified, and the signed documents will be protected from forgery and unilateral edits.

"Sign.Click combines reliability and cryptographic protection with the simplicity of the client journey, which is reduced to 1 click. Now users don't have to choose between ease of use and 100% security. For a business to start using the service, it only takes 2 minutes to register and pay, and signing a document by any counterparty will take only a few seconds. All this is online, without unnecessary meetings and with care for time," noted Timur Alekseev, Commercial Director of Sign.Me.

The new product is suitable for any business area where there is interaction with individuals: for example, banks, management companies, travel agencies, resale platforms, educational resources, car services, repair companies, manufacturing, logistics companies, various agencies, and many others. Sign.Click will allow companies to conduct all routine document management with clients, employees, and the self-employed: sign various types of contracts, acts, personnel documents, process transactions without VAT, and much more.

Companies can manage document flow in the Sign.Click personal account or integrate the service into their own IT systems or on their website using the API. In the first case, connecting Sign.Click will take only a couple of minutes: just register on the website and pay for a suitable tariff. Sign.Click integration allows you to embed the service's functionality into systems that are already used in the company. In this case, the entire document management process – creating a document, sending it for signature, and storing the archive – will be seamlessly integrated into the corporate information system of the customer company.

Since 2011, Sign.Me has been helping companies transfer document flow with clients, counterparties, and employees to an online format, providing convenient services and expert support in building digital document flow. Signing and exchanging documents takes place remotely, without paper and personal meetings. All Sign.Me products use reliable types of electronic signatures with cryptographic protection and fully comply with Federal Law No. 63 "On Electronic Signatures." Among Sign.Me's corporate partners are more than 2,500 Russian companies, including banks, developers, insurance companies, and others.
