During the Forum, which preceded the Award ceremony, participants discussed the digital future of business in various sectors of the economy. The discussions covered a wide range of topics: the prospects for introducing innovative technologies, new opportunities for digital services, robotics technologies, the integration of artificial intelligence into many areas of life, the development of e-sports, and the digitalization of commercial real estate. The Forum's program was rich, including various formats of presentations – from personal reports and panel discussions to round tables and master classes.
The key to the success of the past Forum was traditionally the relevance of its main agenda – the digital transformation of business as the main driver of development. In particular, a representative of the Forum's general partner – the HR platform "Пульс" with the support of Cloud – Managing Director Marta Lehman explained how digitalization increases the efficiency of companies: "Digitalization creates a fundamentally new environment for proactive talent management through transparent data. When we clearly see on dashboards how things work and what results they lead to, we get the opportunity to make objective decisions about changes. This gives the business flexibility and freedom of management, allows us to reach every employee and convey the values and meanings that form the basis of the corporate culture."
The Forum concluded with the awards ceremony for the winners of the Digital Leaders-2023 Award. Public recognition was given to more than seventy companies, including: Sber Eapteka, JSC "Kaspersky Lab", JSC "Finam", JSC "ALFA-BANK", Puls, Avito, GC EUS, LLC Glavbukh Assistant, PJSC "Far Eastern Shipping Company" (FESCO), LLC "FININ-K", MTS Exolve Digital Platform, Bank "St. Petersburg", Bookmaker Company PARI, PRonline.ru, UNIFIED TSUPIS, MTS Digital Ecosystem, Startup Guide of the Moscow Innovation Agency, SBER, JSC "Russian Railways", JSC "System Electric, Burger King Rus, VTB Bank (PJSC), Axenix.
This year, the analysis of applications from contestants showed that one of the key tasks for business is still optimizing customer experience – from working on digital independence and developing cross-platform capabilities to integrating fundamentally new payment instruments.
"Several years ago, we at Alfa adopted a new paradigm of mobile cross-platform capabilities. This approach in itself ensures maximum customer focus and independence from external systems. The role of browser-based mobile banking technologies has increased dramatically, and this has become a general trend in the digital industry. We are sincerely pleased that the Digital Leaders expert community highly appreciates our initiatives and results in the development of advanced digital banking technologies," – shared the result of the introduction of new technologies Digital CPO of Alfa-Bank Vladimir Kitlyar.
"TSUPIS Wallet was created specifically for fans of spectacular sports who want to keep their finances under control. But services should be not only digital, but also as convenient as possible, which is what we strive for. We thank the experts for their assessment of the project!" – shared Sergey Soldatov, Head of Customer Experience Management at Unified TSUPIS.
"The ability to pay for medicines in installments from SBER EAPTEKA "Pay in parts" was recognized by the Digital Leaders Award as the service of the year not only because it makes buying medicines more accessible. This is an effective service based on Sber's solution, which allows you to purchase the necessary medicine, having only access to the pharmacy's website at hand. We believe it is important to introduce services that will allow people to take care of their health and spend less time on it", – commented Dmitry Khorunzhiy, Marketing Director of SBER EAPTEKA.
The introduction of digital solutions into the business processes of companies is another area of activity in which the laureates of the Digital Leaders Award show significant achievements. "Digitalization is a priority for FESCO's development. One of the results of this transformation is the introduction of an innovative management system for the Vladivostok Sea Trade Port, which won in the Digital Leaders Award nomination. The digital solution has significantly accelerated the handling of cargo in our port, this indicator is paramount for us," – said Dmitry Surovets, Vice President of Information Technology at FESCO, about the innovative technology.
In modern society, it is much easier and faster to access any information, but due to the exponential growth of data flow, the need to find truly relevant information for business, filtering out unnecessary arrays, is becoming increasingly acute – timely analysis of the information field allows you to make informed decisions. "With the current possibilities of obtaining information and the availability of a huge number of platforms for expressing one's own opinion, an information chaos is created. And in order for companies and brands to clearly track competitors, trends in a specific business segment, it is important to conduct analytics, find the target audience, etc. At this moment, domestic media monitoring services come to the rescue," – said Maxim Nagorny, product manager of PressIndex, about the creation of monitoring services.
The event, which was partnered by Expert-Universal and PressIndex, was rich in new knowledge, emotions and was highly appreciated by the participants of the event.
