OCS Distribution opens the business season — the PRO Awakening forum was held in Yekaterinburg on August 24. For the fourth year in a row, the event brings together key players in the IT market of the Urals, Khanty-Mansiysk and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrugs, as well as guests from other regions.
The purpose of the forum is to create an effective platform for communication between manufacturers and consumers of IT technologies, networking and strengthening professional ties. This year, 224 people took part in PRO Awakening, 138 of whom are OCS partners. The event was supported by Pantum, Powercom, "Cyber Electro", "BFT-Holding", SberDevices, Delta Computers, GC "Arti" and other manufacturers.
The concept of the forum was unusual: the first floor of the Sinara Center cultural and exhibition complex was transformed into an OCS office for one day with various interactive zones. Thus, participants could visit the distributor's showroom, chat in a comfortable networking space and take a master class on working with the B2B portal.
The business part of PRO Awakening was held in the format of live communication: speakers were in direct dialogue with OCS moderators and partners in the hall. The presentations were devoted to topics such as engineering infrastructure, printing and scanning systems, network equipment, as well as software and security.
OCS was represented at the forum by the departments of information security and software, project engineering and implementation, as well as infrastructure and engineering systems. Department directors introduced the participants to new services, products, developments and opportunities of the distributor and answered questions from the audience.
Internet radio "ECHO LOSES", traditionally, provided information and musical accompaniment to the forum.
