You can also launch the assistant by voice from any section of the application with the activation phrase “Hello, VTB!”.
The voice assistant is also available on devices and in the application with Alice from "Yandex" — to launch the assistant, just say: "Alice, start a chat with VTB." The assistant will advise users on the bank's products and services, and will help VTB clients pay for cellular communications services, traffic fines or housing and communal services of the Moscow EIRC.
