R7 Company has updated "R7 Organizer Pro", adding new features for managing mail and calendar. Now users can delegate access to IMAP folders, including system folders such as "Inbox" and "Sent", using access control (IMAP ACL).
This allows granting assistants or colleagues access to mail without sharing the password, as well as organizing collaboration on a shared account. It is now possible to configure the system, determining who can do what with the contents of mail folders, adding and removing users.
In addition, the calendar now opens attached eml files as emails, which simplifies access to information related to events. The auto-archiving functionality has also been improved: users can choose the operating mode - manually or every time the program starts, and also quickly add the function to the toolbar via extension settings.
