The built-in "MyWords" module based on AI generates a brief summary of the meeting, highlighting key points and agreements.
The update also includes a "Teams" section designed to manage teamwork with flexible distribution of roles and channels for discussions. To improve the security of communications, the "Block Guest Connection" option has been introduced, limiting access of unauthorized participants to corporate events.
An interactive whiteboard has been added to Squadus Pro, available directly during a video call. This is a common workspace for recording ideas, drawing diagrams, and planning tasks with real-time synchronization of edits.
In "MyOffice Documents Online", the ability to mass access a file via a single link has appeared, which simplifies the organization of collaborative work. The update is already available to customers.
