The company "Inferit OS", part of the Softline Group, has released the operating system "MCBCфера" 10.1. The key innovation is the built-in AI tool "Vasilisa", developed by the company "Siberian Neural Networks" from Novosibirsk.
According to the developers, "Vasilisa" gives users from regulated industries (public sector, fintech, defense industry) access to artificial intelligence without violating information security requirements. "Vasilisa" performs smart searches through local documents, creates short summaries and drafts of reports and letters. All calculations are performed locally, without transferring data to the Internet. The application works on standard office computers with a configuration of 16 GB of RAM and an Intel Core i5 processor.
In addition, the OS integrates an audio and video converter, the Compass corporate manager, and the "Р-7 Office" office suite. The updated "Application Center" provides quick access to verified Russian software.
The base is the RHEL distribution, which ensures stability and compatibility with modern equipment (x86_64 v3, aarch64). The system is presented in two editions: "MCBCфера ARM" for workstations and "MCBCфера Server". The OS remains free for individuals.
