"MyOffice", a Russian developer of IT solutions, has released a new mobile application "MyOffice Documents Mobile", designed for corporate clients. The application allows employees of commercial companies and government agencies to create, view, and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations directly from a smartphone or tablet.
"MyOffice Documents Mobile" supports all popular file formats, including legacy ones (.doc, .xls), and provides a set of tools for working with text documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and PDF files. Users can comment on files, including using voice, and send finished materials by email or via messengers. The offline work function allows you to create and edit documents without internet access.
The application provides secure access to files stored in the corporate storage "MyOffice Documents Online", as well as in third-party cloud services. This allows employees to see who is working with documents and conduct operational collaboration on them in real time, managing access directly from their mobile device.
The "MyOffice Documents Mobile" application is available as a standalone product, as well as part of the "MyOffice Documents Desktop" and "MyOffice Documents Online" tariff plans.
