The application supports offline work with "Mail" and "Calendar" on smartphones and PCs. The modular architecture of the solution allows you to connect services of your choice. Enhanced data protection functions have also been implemented: in particular, you can make a PIN code mandatory for entry, activate notifications about an enabled VPN, and prohibit screenshots of the application.
"Mail" has become more convenient for companies that use mail servers in different regions, thanks to the geo-distributed installation mode. In the server version, mail storage policies have been added to save disk space. The calendar in the SaaS version of the platform is now equipped with an advanced scheduler for booking meeting rooms and viewing colleagues' availability. "Messenger" supports communication between organizations through federation in the server version and domain unification into a "trust" in the cloud.
"Board" has become available not only in the cloud, but also in the server version. Both have implemented centralized access management, event auditing, and mass migration tools from Miro. The security of "Disk" has been enhanced through advanced auditing for SIEM systems and end-to-end authorization via Kerberos.
Platform products are available in a new subscription format for the VK WorkSpace software package. As part of this format, VK Tech offers a comprehensive hardware and software solution that is deployed in the customer's environment and is regularly paid for at a fixed rate.
