Sberbank has provided corporate clients with access to work with cash collection services directly through the API. According to Sber, the bank managed to translate one of the most resource-intensive processes into a digital format, which simplifies and speeds up the interaction between business and collection.
Companies can receive electronic data on collection under the concluded agreement, generate deposit slips, track their status in real time, request executed documents and, if necessary, withdraw statements. Sber explained:
A deposit slip is traditionally issued on paper in three copies and accompanies the transportation of cash and valuables. Digitalization of this document and its integration into the Sber API allows businesses to reduce costs and time, get rid of paperwork and minimize operational risks. For the bank, this also means increasing the speed of processing operations and the transparency of processes.
Sber API is a set of solutions and methods for direct integration with Sber for companies in various segments, including foreign ones. More than 670 services have been launched in the Sber API, among the most popular with customers are account statements, work with payment orders and payroll projects. To date, more than 9,000 Russian companies have chosen Sber API.
