Entrepreneurs have the opportunity to integrate services for selling goods and services, accepting payments, and customer support into the national messenger. This requires registration on the digital platform МСП.РФ or having an application in RuStore.
Initially, the Max team launched the "Platform for Partners" on October 23, 2025 — in the first stage, companies that published an application in RuStore could connect to it. In two weeks, more than five thousand organizations joined the platform.
Since November 12, the functionality of the platform has been extended to companies that are registered on the platform for supporting entrepreneurs — МСП.РФ. In the future, the platform will be open to all Russian businesses, including the self-employed.
As a reminder, Max is a digital platform from VK that incorporates a messenger and a number of user services. The application is included in the register of Russian software. Max is available in mobile, desktop, and web versions. Since September 1, 2025, the Max messenger must be pre-installed on all smartphones and tablets sold in Russia. At the end of June 2025, the developers announced that more than one million users had registered in Max. In August, the number of registered users in Max exceeded 18 million, in early September — 30 million, and at the end of October — 50 million.
