The "Forms" service is designed for collecting feedback, increasing engagement at online events, testing the knowledge of employees and students, and conducting research. It has now become part of the "boxed" version of the unified communications platform, which also includes "Meetings", "Webinars", "Courses", "Chats", and "Boards".
Users of the server version of "MTS Link" have access to transcription and automatic summarization of online meetings and webinars. After the online event, users receive a full transcript of the conversation and a brief text summary. The functionality is implemented based on the MTS AI LLM model.
"MTS Link" has also updated the SIP connector based on Vinteo MCU in the server version of the platform. The update aims to improve compatibility with the equipment used in meeting rooms.
The new features are available to corporate users upon request to their personal MTS Link manager and require additional payment to the basic tariff.
