Workspaces are intuitive environments for team and project activities. Flexible No-Code settings help structure the work of departments and project groups, separating content into individual areas and controlling user rights.
The interface update is related not only to the organization of spaces, but also to the optimization of the workspace. The log is now adaptive — the number of records depends on the screen resolution. A new log view has also been developed: as a list with a preview.
Two tools have been improved in the spaces: the "Activities" widget for activity planning and the Kanban board with assignments. The technological base of the platform has also been strengthened: a comprehensive update of React JS and related libraries has been carried out to improve security and performance, and developers have received an improved version of the plugin for IntelliJ IDEA with advanced features. A new online editor has been integrated into the platform for creating and editing content.
Release 2025.1 also includes two new widgets. The "Knowledge Base" has a hierarchical structure, suitable for documentation, answers to organizational questions, and other content. "News" can be used not only for important messages, but also for familiarizing with the company's products, employees of the month, and so on.
