Now, B2B buyers can arrange door-to-door delivery when creating orders on behalf of a legal entity on the "Wildberries for Business" platform. In turn, delivery will be carried out by the seller themselves. Wildberries explained:
The introduction of this delivery model opens up new opportunities for B2B sellers to work with corporate clients: partners will be able to independently manage logistics and delivery processes, providing automatically generated electronic documents for B2B delivery — just like for the sale of goods.
To place orders as a B2B buyer, simply switch to the platform via the "Buy as a business" button in your personal profile on the Wildberries website. If the seller has set up paid delivery, then after the buyer places an order, the marketplace will issue a single invoice-offer for them, including both the cost of the goods and the cost of the delivery service. After paying the invoice, the seller will receive an assembly task, as in the classic DBS model. When the order is delivered, Wildberries will automatically generate a universal transfer document (UTD) for delivery on behalf of the seller, depending on the selected VAT refund option.
