The "R-Tab" is equipped with a 10.36-inch screen, built-in 5 and 13 MP cameras, a MediaTek Helio G99 SoC, and a 7500 mAh battery with support for up to 27W charging. It includes two nano-SIM slots, Wi-Fi support (2.4 and 5 GHz), NFC, Bluetooth 5.0, GLONASS/GPS/BeiDou/Galileo. There is a fingerprint scanner.
The tablet runs on the secure Russian mobile operating system Rosa Mobile, created by STC IT ROSA. All operating systems of the company — desktop, server, mobile, and embedded — are based on a unified technological platform "ROSA." It includes the ABF build system and the Rosa 2021.1 repository, which has been formed for over 10 years and includes about 35 thousand programs and applications.
The device has a standard set of applications: file manager ("Files"), phone and contacts, settings, browser, calendar, notes, voice recorder, gallery, and camera. There is also a set of services for creating a comfortable and secure digital environment:
- «РОСА ID» — a single account for accessing the company's services and products.
- «РОСА Control Center» — a platform for centralized administration of workstations, servers, smartphones, and tablets based on Rosa Mobile.
- «РОСА Notifications» — a Push-notification system integrated with applications of any OS in the «ROSA» family.
- «РОСА Messenger» — a secure tool for communication with data encryption support, multimedia exchange, and the creation of information channels.
- «РОСА Contact Import» — a service for transferring a contact book from an Android smartphone to Rosa Mobile.
- «РОСА Mail» — a mail client for receiving emails from various services.
