The ecosystem is designed to help organize a unified corporate environment and includes solutions from four families: desktop documents ("Desktop Documents"), chat and video calls ("Squadus"), web documents ("Online Documents") and mail for organizations ("MyOffice Mail" and "Mailion").
A separate tariff grid with several options has been developed for each family: a starting tariff with a basic set of applications, extended tariffs with additional applications, as well as a maximum tariff with a full set of applications from the "MyOffice" line: desktop editors, web editors, file storage, mobile editors, corporate mail, messenger and video conferencing.
The components of the "MyOffice" ecosystem have also received updated names. The company explained:
For the convenience of users, the naming of individual applications is based on a common element – the words "My" and derivatives, followed by an indication of the type of application. For example, "MyText" for a text editor, "MyTables" for a spreadsheet editor, and so on. "MyOffice" will continue to work on improving brand perception by users and will adhere to this style when releasing future components.
