PPEM 2.1.0 adds support for streaming replication clusters - the administrator can create a cluster from an existing instance and display it in the desired section.
The navigation panel has been redesigned. The most frequently used pages are grouped in the "Infrastructure" section. The "Databases" section is displayed on the first level of the navigation panel for convenient and quick access to the database list. A new "Extensions" section is available in the navigation panel, which displays a list of installed extensions with the ability to remove them, as well as an "Install Extension" block, in which you can install extensions for a specific database.
You can check the instance data directory using the checkdb command, available as part of the pg_probackup extension commands. Another innovation is the addition of the "Console User" role. Only users with the appropriate role will be able to access the psql console from the PPEM interface to manage the database.
Starting with version 2.1.0, in the "Data Sources" section, it is possible to create external storage for metrics and message logs collected by the pgpro-otel-collector utility. In the instance space on the "Metrics" -> "SQL-metrics" page, you can create and view custom metrics.
