Форум «Цифровое сердце компании»

Digitalization is no longer an option, now it is a condition for business survival. If earlier it was just about implementing technologies, today the key question is: how to use them to build HR strategies. This challenge brought together representatives from Sber, MTS Bank, Severgroup, GSOM SPbSU, JSC "Neuroсети" and other companies at the forum.

The general partner of the event, the HR platform "Pulse" (Sber), set the tone for the discussion: HR digitalization begins not with the purchase of software, but with a revision of the role of HR in business.

"Today HR is not support, but a driver of business. Employee data helps to build effective processes, predict risks and influence revenue. But for this to work, you need a culture where decisions are made not on the basis of intuition and accepted practices, but on the basis of analytics".

Elena Zenko, head of the HR platform "Pulse", product owner "Analytics for managers", Sber

Forum speakers confirmed: companies that use data for personnel strategies adapt 30% faster to market changes. For example:

● AI in recruitment already saves up to 40% of recruiters' time, but its main advantage is reducing cognitive biases in candidate assessment;

● Gamification of training increases engagement by 25% if it is based on behavioral analytics;

● Chatbots in onboarding reduce the adaptation period, but only when their scenarios are based on real pain points of employees.

As part of the "Turnkey Digitalization" track, Sber and Alpina showed how neural networks participate in the selection of top managers, and Solar Staff – how robots take over routine work with documents, freeing up time for live dialogue.

The "Revolution in Transformation" began with revelations: experts from "Corus Consulting", Distant Global and SberUniversity admitted that even digital pioneers make mistakes and shared life hacks:

● Why chatbots motivate better than KPIs;

● Why implement gamification if 70% of employees are millennials.

The forum went beyond discussing trends, it formed a roadmap for those who are just starting digital transformation. Forum insights:

● HR analytics is the language of dialogue with business. Data on turnover, efficiency and engagement can and should influence the company's strategy.

● Digital tools work only if integrated into the culture. Implementing AI without revising processes is a waste of budget.

● The role of HR is shifting from administration to forecasting.

"The forum showed: modern HR is not support, but a strategic center for managing human capital. Digital transformation requires a systematic approach, where technologies help, not replace people. Business is moving from niche solutions to data-driven management and end-to-end analytics, and our task is to help companies in this transition, turning the HR function into a driver of business transformation".
