The bank has launched a preferential acquiring rate that will allow small and medium-sized businesses to reduce the costs of cashless payments. The new service is available for companies providing courier delivery, catering establishments (cafes, restaurants, bars), mobile medical services, and other organizations operating outside a stationary office.
The preferential rate is valid until the end of 2025 and is available both for new bank clients and for entrepreneurs who already have a current account with Bank DOM.RF. Under the program, the reduced rate will be applied for three months, after which the terms of cooperation may be revised individually depending on the volume of transactions and business needs.
According to Anna Kornelyuk, Vice President and Director of the "Transaction Business" Block at Bank DOM.RF, the delivery and mobile service market is actively developing, especially after the pandemic, when companies began to focus on customer convenience and mobile operations. In this regard, the bank strives to offer entrepreneurs modern financial solutions that will help simplify the process of settlements with customers. As part of this initiative, businesses are provided with mobile payment devices and the ability to accept payments through various channels: bank cards, contactless payments, and QR codes using the Faster Payments System (FPS).
According to Bank DOM.RF, bank cards remain the most popular payment method in the offline segment, used by 55% of customers. Contactless payments account for 35% of all transactions, while the Faster Payments System accounts for 10% of settlements. Thus, the offer of preferential acquiring is aimed at supporting small businesses in the face of growing demand for convenient and fast payment methods.
